Before you Arrive
1: Take a Virtual Tour
If you want to scout the space we’re happy to FaceTime with you and walk around the space at your direction.
2: Deep Cleaning
Before you and your crew arrives, we will wipe down and thoroughly clean and disinfect the studio, bathrooms, kitchen, communal surfaces, and any in-house equipment.
3: Sanitation Stations
We have set up sanitation stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizer, wipes and disinfectant spray for your use throughout the day.
4: Max Capacity
Currently (Phase IV) we can host productions of up to 10 people. Fortunately, with 1,000 square feet of space, there’s plenty of room for cast and crew to maintain a safe distance.
5: Sick? Stay Home
We ask that anyone who’s been sick in the last 14 days, or been in contact with anyone who has, to stay home. We reserve the right to temperature test anyone on set with a non-contact thermometer. If the result is over 101º, they will be asked to head home.
During your Shoot
1: Wear A Mask!
This is the easiest and most effective thing we can do to protect each other. For this reason, we ask that all cast and crew wear some sort of face covering when in the building.
2: Intermittent Cleaning
Our staff will periodically walk through the space wiping down common touch areas — light switches, door handles, sink knobs, etc. If you have specific needs/concerns related to this, let us know and we’ll work with you.
3: PPE Available
We have surgical masks and nitrile gloves available for anyone who needs them at no charge. However, we kindly ask visitors to please bring their own.
4: Physical Distance
We know it’s hard to collaborate from afar, but staying at least six feet apart is another easy thing we can all do to help prevent infections. Fortunately, our studio is 50 feet long, with the kitchen at one end, enabling most of the crew to stay out of the shooting area.
5: Roof Access
Normally access to our roof is an additional charge, but we’re opening it up for productions to use for social distancing purposes at no additional charge.
6: Catering
We’re talking to our catering partners to evaluate which ones are are also making the right decisions to keep you safe. At this time there are no limits on which vendors you can use. However, we do ask that they only provide disposable utensils, plates, cups, etc.
